I will always remember Being around Billy, he had a great personality and always smiling! I don’t believe he ever met a stranger because he was easy to talk to and would do whatever he could to help you . I remember how he went out of his way to help me when my car wouldn’t start! Every other car drove right by me but Billy took out his time to help me out ! I’m praying for his families strength at this difficult time and may he Rest In Peace !

Sending my condolences and prayers to the Harper family. May God give you strength during this difficult time.

Billy was a very kind and sweet man. I knew him from Dutch Inn. He always made me laugh. He always had a smile on his face even when irritated, he would crack jokes. You will be missed.
