Ms Rachel was an elegant lady that I had the pleasure of being around as a young boy. Her and F.E. were part of my daily life, providing me daily rides from BHS football practice and encouraging me to strive for lifelong goals. Wonderful person. My condolences to Steven and the entire family at this time of loss.
