Thomas Mathis Crowder Jr.

Thomas Mathis “T.C” Crowder, Jr., 51, of Mount Pleasant, SC, died Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at his residence. He was born in El Paso, Texas on March 25, 1959. He was a member of Unity Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant, SC.

Surviving are his parents, Col. Thomas Mathis Crowder, Sr. and Corinne Via Crowder of Fieldale; two daughters, Brittany Ann Crowder of Nashville, TN and Kelli Brook Crowder of Columbus, OH; one sister, Robin Bailey of Carrollton, VA, one brother, Lt. Col. Charles W. Crowder, USA, Capetown, South Africa and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Collins-McKee-Stone Funeral Home in Bassett with the Rev. Clay Bower and Pastor Greg Hodges officiating. Interment will follow in Henry Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be: Leon Towarnicki, Brian Nester, Jordan Bailey, Chase Bailey, David Bailey and Clay Bower.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Collins-McKee-Stone Funeral Home in Bassett.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Unity Baptist Church, 950 Whipple Road, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.
