Effie Lee Farley

Effie Lee (Hicks) Farley, of Bastrop, Texas passed from this life October 29, 2011 at the age of 91. She was born May 25, 1920 in Comanche, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Perry W. Farley, parents, Effie and Elmer Hicks, son Jerry Cloud, grandchildren, Raymond Walker, Jr. and Rayna Burch, sisters, Marry Ruth and Debbie Sue, brothers, Buddy, Charles, Newt and Donnie.
Effie Lee is survived by her daughters, Peggy Nippes and her husband Bill, Barbara Barnes, Vicki Burch, Sheila Hogan and her husband Frank, 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, twin sister, Elmeree, sisters, Patsy, Dee, Gene, brothers, J.D, Billy, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Effie Lee was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her 15 year battle with Alzheimer's is over and she is now resting peacefully. She will be missed dearly.
