She was preceded in death by her husband John A Marx and son Tommy Clark.

Juanita is survived by her son, John E Marx and his wife Melissa and their children, Crystal Marx, Christopher Marx, Haley Marx, April Graham and Travis Shepard all of Bastrop. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Shelly Kelly, Chance Buys and Michelle Adcock, and 7 great grandchildren, Victoria Moore, Kinsey Moore, Rachel Kelly, James Kelly, Madison Marx, Zachary Marx, and Jacob White.

Visitation is 6pm to 8pm Monday, December 20, 2010 at Marrs-Jones-Newby Funeral Home, Bastrop, Texas.

Graveside Service will be 3:30pm Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at Cook Walden Capital Parks in Pflugerville, Texas.
