He was predeceased by his parents, a sister Dorothy Goertz (Otto) and a brother William (Janice).
He is survived by his sister Erlene Goertz (William) and brother Oscar.
He was a WWII Veteran (US Army) in the Asiatic Pacific Theater Campaign (Japan).
He was greatly loved and admired and will be missed.
