Nila Gene Pierce Jennings

She is preceded in death by her parents , her husband Lonnie Lee, one son George Franklin (Bud), one granddaughter Angel Montgomery , 4 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by daughters Emily Dillon (Roger), Thelma Johns, Margaret Sorrells (Randy), son Jerry Jennings (Jeannine) and one brother Oliver Pierce of Pasadena. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren; Chris Dillon (Kristina), Eric Johns, Michelle Reeves (Ralph Jr), Kevin Hoffman, John Jennings and Whitney Jennings. There are 6 great-grand children Connor Dillon, Logan Dillon, Chloe Sullivan, Landon Hoffman, Kaitlyn Haney and Christian Montgomery. Her great great grand daughter will arrive in March (Hartleigh Kahwasser)

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 23 from 6-8 pm at Marrs Jones Funeral home at 505 Old Austin highway, Bastrop, Texas. Services will be Wednesday February 24, 2016 at Marrs Jones Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Alum Creek Cemetery

Pallbearers will be Larry Champeau, Chris Dillon, Eric Johns, Ralph Reeves, Jr, Randy Sorrells, Kevin Hoffman and Harold Wessels. Honorary pallbearers will be Connor Dillon, Logan Dillon, Landon Hoffman, John Jennings and Christian Montgomery
