He was born in Jacksonville, Florida to Clara and Norman S. Taylor.
Norman is survived by his wife, Kay Taylor; daughters, Kim Cordick and her husband Rodney, Kelly Taylor; sons, Ryan Taylor and his wife Tonya, David Taylor and his wife Cindy; grandchildren, Rachel, Jack, Regan, Kristan, Solomon, Teagan, and baby Olive who will be born December 23, 2016; great-grandson, Spencer; sisters, Marcelies Irby and Emily Joiner and several extended family and friends.
Services will be Monday, June 20, 2016 at Marrs-Jones-Newby Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 9:00am to 10:00am. The service will begin at 10:00am and Military Honors will follow at Bateman Cemetery in Bateman, Texas.
