Rex A. Schumacher

Rex Schumacher lost his battle with cancer on January 14,2011. He was born on August 11, 1950 in East Liverpool, OH.

Rex went to Perry High School in Canton, OH. He had worked at lot of places mostly as a truck driver. But his last place of employment was at BFI. He worked there for 15 years. That was the place he liked the best. He has lived in Canton, OH then was transfer to Baltimore, MD for 7 years. Then he was transferred to TX. Where he retired in 1995. He started Loblolly Pines Village with his wife and good friends. Then sold that to his partners. Then last year Rex and his son Jack started R&J Classic Auto.

He survived by his wife Shirley and son Jack. Two brothers JR of Canton, OH, Jim of Massilion, OH, and one sister Rita Hissner of Canton, OH.

He is presided by his first wife Sandy& his father Lewis Schumacher,SR.

Visitation Sunday, 1/16/2011 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Marrs Jones Newby Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral Service Monday, 1/17/2011 at 1:00 PM at Marrs Jones Newby Funeral Home Chapel.
