Sally was born on December 21, 1940 to Russell and Fern Newport in Panora, IA. Sally married Jerry Rosenberger at the Methodist Church in Panora, IA on August 16, 1957.
Sally is survived by her husband, Jerry Rosenberger, daughter, Liz Dozier and her husband, Mike Dozier; grandchildren, Nicholas Dozier, Angela Borgman, and Candace Dozier; sister, Betty Teeter.
Visitation is Saturday, February 23, 2013 starting at 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church, 1201 Water Street in Bastrop, with services starting at 11:00 AM.
