Agnes Beth Borrel

October 18, 1954 – January 7, 2025

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Agnes Beth Borrel, a beloved mother, wife, sister, grandmother and devoted servant of God, who left this world peacefully on January 7, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones.

Born on October 18, 1954, in Baton Rouge, a graduate of Istrouma High School, Beth brought warmth, kindness, and light to all who knew her. She lived her life with grace, resilience, and a heart full of love.

Beth dedicated her life to caring for others, offering compassion and support, both in her professional work and personal relationships. She had a unique and beautiful ability to bring people together and make everyone feel valued.

She is survived by her children, Caitrin Borrel, and Bobby Borrel (Kirsten), her husband Roy Borrel, her grandchild, Kaylee Borrel, her siblings Alice Hutchins, Hubert ‘Hubie’ Branch (Janice), and numerous nieces and nephews. Beth is joining her parents Hubert and Margaret Branch, and her sister Gloria Branch Wells in Heaven.

Her family and friends will remember her for her infectious laugh, her unwavering support, and her ability to make every person she met feel special. Beth was truly an angel on earth.

Though our hearts are heavy, we are comforted by the countless memories of the love, joy, and strength she brought into our lives. Sweet Bethie was undoubtedly the heart of our family. She will be deeply missed but forever cherished.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 25, 1:00PM at The Elegant Venue, 14328 Frenchtown Rd., Greenwell Springs, LA
