Albert Harrison

Mr. Albert Harrison, a resident of Baton Rouge passed away, June 4, 2015 at the age of 87. Mr. Harrison was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on February 25, 1928. He is a graduate from LSU and earned his Master’s Degree from Tulane University in Social Work and Welfare. He was an active member at Ingleside Methodist Church. He enjoyed pottery, art, tennis, and music. He is survived by a daughter, Linda Harrison King and husband Marvin and two sons, Mark Harrison and wife Kathie and Paul Harrison and wife Liz; grandchildren, Ben Harrison, Betsy Jackson, Bethany Bindeman, Lisa King, Brian King, Camille Williams, Grant Harrison, and Christopher Harrison; and 8 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Mary Elizabeth Luty Harrison; son, John Harrison; and sister, Martha Jane Fletcher. Visitation will be held at Ingleside Methodist Church on Saturday, June 13, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. until a Memorial Service conducted by Drew Sutton at 1:00 p.m.
