Billie Long Andrews, age 79, a resident of Baton Rouge passed away at her home on Saturday, November 14, 2015. Billie was a retired guidance counselor with East Baton Rouge Parish School Board who spent most of her career at Broadmoor Junior/Middle School. Billie enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, playing games, and spending time with her friends and family. She is survived by two daughters, Kelley A. Jones of Central, LA and Kim A. Hickson of Slidell, LA, two sons-in-law, Bob Jones and John Hickson, and five grandchildren, Andrew and Nick Jones and Bayli, Benjamin, and Blake Hickson. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray Andrews, her sister, Mary Long Pecot, and her parents, Elbert and Myrtle Kelley Long. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Rabenhorst East Funeral Home from 1:00-5:00 pm.
