Bobbie Jean Wren Rushing,79, passed away on Saturday February15, 2014. Born December 8,1934 in Shreveport, LA. She was a registered nurse and lifelong resident of Baton Rouge. She is survived by her husband, Stanley E. Rushing, of 57 years and 3 children, Kim Rushing Cappaert, Stephen Rushing and Lori Rushing Petrie, 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her sister, Janelle Wolfe, and her parents, Harvey and Hazel Wren. She was a member of Florida Boulevard Baptist Church. Visitation at Rabenhorst East 5pm - 8pm on Monday. Visitation on Tuesday from 9:30 am followed by a service at11am at Florida Boulevard Baptst Church followed by graveside at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
