Bobby M Turner, passed away on October 9, 2017 at age 88. He was born in Provencal, Louisiana. He served in the US Navy. He is an alumni of Louisiana Polytechnic Institute (Louisiana Tech) with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked 37 years at GE and 10 years at Turner Power Systems with his son, Steven. Survived by his son, Steven, and his wife, Johnette and grandson, Grant. Also surviving is his brother Billy in Houston. Proceeded in death by his wife of 64 years, Olga, his parents Charles and Ida Turner, his brothers, Ray and Charles. He was a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church. Donations under his name to Alzheimer’s Association. The family would like to give a special thanks to his caregivers, Rebecca, Sharon, and Kim. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Greenoaks Funeral Home beginning at 9am until funeral service at 12 Noon. Interment to follow on the grounds of Greenoaks Memorial Park.
