

A resident of Central and a native of Gillsburg, Miss., he passed away at 4:25 p.m. Saturday, July 7, 2007, at Our Lady of The Lake Regional Medical Center at age 68. A member of Zoar Baptist Church, he was a retired superintendent for Turner Industries with 44 years of service, 36 of those years served at Exxon. Bobby served in the Mississippi National Guard and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his wife, Merilyn Wilson; three children, Pamela Jan Foss and husband Greg R. Foss of Shepherdsville, Ky., M. Randall Wilson and wife Gay Wilson of Walker, and Cynthia L. Wilson and husband Steve Wilson of Denham Springs; a sister, Pauline Brown of Atlanta; two brothers, Jesse Frank Wilson of Irving, Texas, and Cullen T. Wilson of Baton Rouge; and 12 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ginger McGrew Wilson; and parents, Thomas and Irene Wilson. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., was on Monday, July 9, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting resumes in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Kevin Hand and the Rev. Jimmy Albritton. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Benjamin Wilson, Adam Taylor, Garrett Foss, Curtis Wilson, Steve Long and Ray Brown. Honorary pallbearers are Ryan Myers and Scott Riggleman.
