Bridget Cavell Jones

A native and resident of Baton Rouge, she died Monday, April 7, 2008. She was 44, born Aug. 2, 1963, and an administrative assistant at Amedisys. She was a loving and beloved wife and mother. Her gentle charm and warm, caring nature endeared her to everyone who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Robert L. "Bobby" Jones; daughter, Brandi Lee Jones Martin and husband Shawn; grandson, Beaux; mother, Rita Burgin Cavell; brothers, Kevin, Chris and Michael and their families; mother-in-law, Sybil and husband Hueston Gibson; sister-in-law, Marsha and husband Russ Halpin; uncle, Leo A. Cavell and wife Lina; aunt, Mary Patricia Cavell Bulber; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her father, Mark I. Cavell. Visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Thursday, April 10, was from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitation resumes at the funeral home on Friday from 10 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Pallbearers will be Kevin, Chris, and Michael Cavell, Shawn Martin, Russ Halpin, Robbie McGimsey. Honorary pallbearer is Beaux Martin.
