Calvin J. Frank, a loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at the age of 82. Calvin enjoyed food especially cooking for his family and friends. He was an active member of numerous councils of the Knights of Columbus, serving as Master and Faithful Navigator for the state of Louisiana. Calvin is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Wanda Scallan Frank; children, Catherine Habib and husband, Edward, Patrick Frank and wife, Debra, Eric Frank and wife, Alice; grandchildren, Rebecca Habib, Lilliane Habib, Katarina Frank, and Jonathan Frank; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 5 siblings. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Friday, February 26, 2016 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Visitation will continue at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church on Saturday, February 27, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Entombment will follow on the grounds of Greenoaks Memorial Park.
