Camille Calandro Spitale, 94, of Spring Hill, Tenn., passed away Thursday, July 28, 2011. She was born March 1, 1917, in Tickfaw, and was a longtime resident of Baton Rouge. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Spitale. She is survived and much loved by her family: son, Guy and wife Paula Spitale, of Albuquerque, N.M.; daughter, Linda and husband Alan Dyer, of Spring Hill; grandchildren and their spouses, Julie and Chuck Bergin, Joseph and Ingrid Spitale, Shannon and Tim Hovdet, Jason and Kathy Spitale, and Kristy and MJ Yentes; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., on Tuesday Aug. 2, from 8 a.m. until graveside service at 10 a.m. in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
