"Do not weep as those who have no hope." 1 Thessalonians 4:13. Hope, the mortar that holds together the bricks in the wall of our lives in this world. And as a brick wears out and falls, the mortar fills in the gap created by the brick's passing, making the wall stronger than before. On Friday, March 16, 2007, Carl Vincent Taylor, our strongest brick, fell from our wall. In the moment of his passing, hope rushed in to fill the huge gap left behind.
