
A retired secretary for the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board and a parishioner of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, she passed away at 11:50 p.m.on Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2006, atBaton Rouge GeneralMedicalCenter. She was 65, a resident of Walkerand a native of New Orleans. She is survived by her husband, Lloyd D. Myers of Walker; three sons, Johnny D. Myers of Walker, Rodney G. Myers of Greenwell Springs and Larry W. Myers of Walker; a sister, Doris Byrd of Bogalusa; a brother, Wayne Rundell of Baton Rouge; and eight grandchildren. She was the daughter of the late John M. and Lucille Rundell and sister of the late John Rundell. Visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., was on Thursday, Dec. 28, from 5:30 p.m.until 9 p.m.Visitation at the funeral home continues on Friday, Dec. 29, from 7:30 a.m.to 9:30 a.m.A Mass of Christian Burial follows and will be celebrated by the Rev. Thomas Duhé at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 14040 Greenwell Springs Road, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory with William Tramel, Jeff Lee, Tim Bankston, Toby Byrd, Mike Byrd, Lance Byrd, Keith Byrd, Alan Byrd and Chad Rundell serving as pallbearers.
