Mrs. Carrie Ann Lopez, a resident of Baton Rouge, LA., passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 78 years old. Mrs. Lopez was born in Opelousas, LA., on November 26, 1946 to parents Melvin and Azelie Fontento. She enjoyed her time baking, cooking, sewing, gardening and was dedicated to her Church.
She will be deeply missed by her devoting and loving husband of 60 years, Domingo Lopez Sr., her three sons, Domingo Jr., Wesley and Ricky and her six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Azelie Fontenot.
Visitation will take place at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA., on Monday, January 6, 2025, from 8:30am until service time of 10:00am. Interment will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be, Tony Fontenot, Wesley Lopez, Ricky Lopez, Tori Lopez, Danny Credur and Duke Bonin.
