Catherine LeBouef died peacefully surrounded by her family on September 7, 2024 at the age of 88. She was born to Christian and Marguerite Dietrich, July 15, 1936. Catherine was married to Joseph Earl LeBouef. She participated in many church activities; a homemaker, who enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing and spend time with her children and grandchildren.
Ms. Catherine is survived by her two children; Karen (Joe) Tyson, and Martin (Paget) LeBouef; grand-daughters, Maggie, Sarah (Mitch) and Cecilia; sisters, Jane Lambert, Mary Claire Garrene, and Barbara Albarez. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Earl LeBouef; parents, CH and Marguerite Dietrich; and brothers, C H Jr., Milton, Bill, Stewart, Donald, Vernon, Carl, and Russell Dietrich and sister, Lodena Rivett.
Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA., on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 12:00 pm until funeral service time of 2:00 pm. Interment will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
