An electrical engineer and a resident ofHuntsville, Ala., he died Monday, Oct. 16, 2006. He was 67 and a native of Mississippi. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Friday, Oct. 20, from noonuntil religious service at 1 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Bruce McKenzie. Interment inResthavenGardensof Memory. He is survived by a sister, Jan Will Boudreaux and her husband, John, Collierville, Tenn.; niece, Allison Boudreaux Walden and her husband, Chris, Van Buren, Ark.; and nephew, Lt. Jeremy Boudreaux, U.S. Air Force, Dover, Del. Preceded in death by his parents, Charles Martin Will Sr. and Hazel Dungan Will; and grandparents, Oscar and Willie O. Dungan, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Will and Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Aby. After graduating from LSU and obtaining a master's degree from theUniversityofMichiganat Ann Arbor, he worked for Redstone Arsenal for 45 years.
