Charlotte D. Jones, passed away on November 22, 2021 at the age of 78. She worked for the LA Department of Education for 34 years. Charlotte wanted to be remembered as a person who dearly loved her family and would do anything for any of them. She would also like people to know she was a great animal lover all her life, especially cats, and spent the vast majority of her life caring for them and fighting for their right to be on this earth and be treated fairly. She is survived by her husband of 10 years, Lee J. LeBlanc; step-children, Becky Fruge and Connie LeGros; sisters, Anne Chapman, Peggy Catha, and Kathy Fabre; brother, Larry Jones; nieces, Kim Starrett, Tammy Sherpard, Heather Seal, and Lauren Parrish; nephews, Heath Jones, Brandon Smith, and Andrew Smith. Preceded in death by her parents, Charles Wilburn Jones and Doris P. Jones; and her brother, Dean E. Jones. A memorial graveside service for the family will be held at Greenoaks Memorial Park on Saturday, December 11th at 1:30 pm.
