Interment inArlingtonNationalCemetery. Survived by his wife, Denisa H. Thomas; father and mother, Alvin Thomas III and Patricia E. Thomas; daughter, Tarrisa Medina Thomas; son, Ty Myrilam Thomas; two sisters, Ta Rhonda Thomas McKee and spouse Michael of Richmond, Va., and Tressa M. Thomas, Baton Rouge; and brother, Timothy Thomas and spouse Passion of Houston. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, James Abe Ellis and Alvin Thomas Jr. Pallbearers will be members of the military, friends and family.
