

He lived a full and interesting life. He proudly served four years in the U S Navy where he trained as a machinist. After being discharged from the Navy he enjoyed riding motorcycles down the Baja peninsula with his friends, crewing on sailing yachts, going to stock car races, and designing and building many construction projects. He was fondly known to his family and friends as a mechanical genius who could build or repair anything and often did for those family and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents, Horace E. Redman and Esther K. Redman. He is survived by his brothers, Jon Redman and wife Joy and Dale Redman and wife Kathleen of Baton Rouge, five nieces and nephews, Brian Redman and Erin Bruner and husband Joseph of Baton Rouge, Douglas Redman and wife Rebecca of Ridgeland, MS, Gregory Redman of Prosper, TX and Scott Redman and wife Maureen of Frisco, TX and his many friends particularly Kathy and Tyler Ball who took special care of him during his recent illness. Per his wishes, there will be no formal memorial service.
