

Born on November 13, 1948, Corinne was a graduate of R. E. Lee High School, Class of 1966. She earned a degree in Internal Auditing from Louisiana State University and enjoyed a successful career with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in Washington, D.C. Following her retirement, she returned to Baton Rouge to be closer to her family and friends.
Corinne is survived by her sister, Katy Prescott and husband Billy Prescott; her nephews, Sam Prescott and Chris Prescott (Kelley); her great-nieces, Janice Hall (Logan), Grace Prescott, and Lillie Prescott; her great-nephew, Samuel Prescott (Claire); and her great-great-nephews and niece, Benjamin Hall, George Prescott, and Millie Hall. She is also lovingly remembered by her faithful dog, Blue, who misses her dearly.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Datriea Burton, Brenda Williams, Avery Cook, and Malinda Smith for their compassionate care and kindness. They are also deeply grateful to Dr. Daniel Lavie and his staff, as well as Dr. David Carver and his staff, for their dedicated and excellent care.
Services are entrusted to Greenoaks Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm, followed by a graveside service at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Sam Prescott, Chris Prescott, Samuel Prescott, and Louis Hass de Hevoningham. Billy Prescott will serve as honorary pallbearer.
Corinne will be remembered for her strength, devotion to her family, and the grace with which she faced life's challenges. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
