

Deanna Claire “Pudgy” Daigle Faul was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on September 29, 1942 to Shirley Rita Stozenthaler and Euseb Joseph Daigle. As a longtime resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Deanna passed away on July 20, 2024, at age 81, leaving behind a strong family legacy. She was a strong woman who fought with perseverance to the end and never lost her faith.
Revelation 21:4 “He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”
Deanna is survived by her sons, Robert Lee Faul Jr. and Christopher Kurt Faul (Chasity); daughter, Kelley Lynn Faucheux (Larry); grandchildren, Amber Severio (Aaron), Alex Faucheux (Marie), Anna Faul, Kyler Faul, and Grifen Faul; great grandchildren, Adeline Severio, Amelia Severio, and Claire Faucheux; sisters, Donna Daigle, Darlene Mouch (Dale), Dolly “Tiny” McAnnelly (Mickey), Dale Shirey (Donald), Danette Story (Mark), and Charlotte Franklin; brothers, E.J. Daigle III (Elizabeth), Gerald Duke Daigle (Jody), and Jason Daigle. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Dianna “Dee” Daigle Vigil.
A private service for immediate family will be held on August 17, at Resthaven Gardens of Memory at 2:30 pm. All are welcome to attend the celebration of Deanna’s life that will follow at 4 pm at the home of Kurt and Chasity Faul, 8527 South Hodgeson Rd, Gonzales, 70737.
