

Deborah "Debbie" Dean Dubois Seal passed away on Saturday March 7th at the age of 74 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. Debbie was born on February 9, 1952, in Gonzales, Louisiana, as the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Dubois. She was married in 1974 to the late Adler Berriman Seal and together they had three children. Debbie was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed working in her yard, having lunch with friends and spending time with her family. She endured many hardships in her life after tragically losing her husband and raising her three young children without their father. She spent the latter part of her life devoted to the brave pursuit of uncovering the truth about her husband and righting the wrongs that were done to him by the U.S. Government, CIA, DEA, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals for the Middle District of LA and The Louisiana State Police. Debbie was loyal to her husband until her last breath, and she believed that one day truth and justice would prevail. She was a symbol of great strength, perseverance and loyalty. She loved without conditions and was deeply devoted to her family. Debbie is survived by her three children, Dean Berriman Seal of Slidell LA, Aaron Christopher Seal of Baton Rouge, LA, and Christina Marie Seal of Slidell LA; grandchildren, Cullen Warmack of Slidell, LA, Keal Warmack of Slidell, LA, and Elijah Seal of Walker, LA; two brothers, Tandy Dubois of Gonzales, LA, and Tyler Dubois of Winston Salem, North Carolina; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles from Southern Louisiana to Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Adler Berriman Seal of Baton Rouge, LA; mother, Diana Decoteau Dubois of Gonzales, LA; father, Julius Dubois Jr., of Gonzales, LA; grandparents, Lee Decoteau of Gonzales, LA, Edna Decoteau of Gonzales, LA, Julius Dubois Sr., of Gonzales, LA and Octavia Dubois of Gonzales, LA. As per her wishes, a private ceremony will be held for Debbie’s immediate family. In lieu of flowers please consider making a memorial donation on her behalf to the Alzheimer’s Association.
