Deidra H. Meyer, 61, of Baton Rouge, and a resident of Maurepas passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her son Keith “Scooter” Meyer Jr; daughter Monica Michelle Meyer; father, Robert E. Hebert; in-laws, Joseph O’Neal and Betty Roberts Meyer; and brother, Kenneth Hebert.

She is survived by her husband, Keith Meyer Sr; Keithsha Michele Meyer; son, Kevin Chase Meyer; and her extended family.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Friday, July 13, 2018 from 5pm-9pm. Services will be held Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 12pm with a visitation prior beginning at 10am. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Cancer Services-Greater Baton Rouge.

Man, what a great time we all used to have!! I loved hanging out at the Meyers’ house and Deidre was always there! Many wonderful memories.

So sorry, Keith and family , for this huge loss. Deidre was the picture of Love.

There are so many memories through the years. We've stayed friends through good times and bad. I was honored to stand beside you and Keith, Keithsha and Chase during this time. Tiff and I Loved going to Bingo on Friday Nights. You touched so many lives. You gathered people to you and helped them no questions asked. God Speed love you Sister. Enjoy Scooter, Monica one in each arm and sit on your Dads lap. Look for Ken, Neal and Betty. The River will keeping flowing....Debbie
