Dolores Marie Kairdolf

Dolores Marie Kairdolf went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 27, 2018, at the age of 74. She was a native of Donaldsonville, LA and a long-time resident of Central, LA. Dolores was passionate about her relationship with Christ Jesus and she was devoted as a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Of all the relationships that were most meaningful to her, it was obvious that she loved her husband, Ronald, the most. She unconditionally loved him, supported him and honored him until her last day on earth. Dolores is survived by her Godly husband, Ronald P. Kairdolf, Sr.; sons, Ron Kairdolf, Jr. and wife, Kerri, Troy Kairdolf and wife, Amie; daughters, Terri Nichols and husband, Marty, and Staci McHugh; grandchildren, Ashly and Noah Curtis, Lucas and Lori Kairdolf, Abbey and Justin Anchanattu, and Grant Kairdolf, Brett and Amanda Kairdolf, Chase and Joanna Kairdolf, Justin Kairdolf, Dustin and Brittney Nichols, Misty and Ryan Reeves, Ezra and Paige McHugh, Benjamin McHugh, Micah McHugh, Michaela McHugh, Emily and Josh Boyd, Natalie and Matthew Cobb; great-grandchildren, Abram, Eli, Layla, Silas, Ethan, Wesley, Ava, Sadie, Bailee, Isabella, Charlotte, London, Caden, Kynlee and Ryan; brothers, Sonny Fernandez and wife, Lucille, Michael Fernandez and wife, Debbie, Randy Fernandez, Gerald Fernandez and wife, Judy; sister, Glenda Denn; and numerous family members. Dolores is preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Florence Fernandez; great-grandchild, Adalyn Kay Reeves; daughter-in-law, Sandy Turley Kairdolf; parents-in-law, Harold and Eunice Kairdolf. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA, on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, from 5:00PM to 8:00PM. Funeral service will be at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Thursday, February 1, 2018, at 12:00PM. Burial will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Kent Rhodes, Dr. William Hines and The Hospice of Baton Rouge especially Ken Ellis, Ximaena Ryan, Paulette Redmond and Julie Patterson.
