I'm so sorry to hear of Dot's sudden passing. My deepest sympathy to her family & friends. I had the pleasure of working with her at DOTD early in my career when I was oh so "green". Dot was not only lovely on the outside, she was lovely to the bone. She was so patient & kind; a real gem I hold very dear. May she rest in eternal peace in His Heavenly Kingdom.

Billy, Karen and Maggie,
I'm so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. She was a sweet and soft spoken lady. She always had a smile on her face or a laugh to share. My mother called to let me know, but because of short notice, I wasn't able to take off from work to attend her service. Please know that you all are in my heart, prayers and thoughts.
Your friend in Christ,

She was always such a caring and sweet person. She had such a giving spirit and was always there to help. She was a great mother-in-law and always so good to my children as their Grandmother. I'm so thankful to The Lord that our paths crossed and I look forward to seeing you in Heaven one day.

Dot was one of the most caring loving people that I have ever known. Over several decades, she served as hospitality chairman on the Woodlawn Estates Civic Association Board. In this position, she was in charge of meeting the needs of residents of our neighborhood in times of illness, death etc. She was so loving and caring to all. In later years, she served as our recording secretary and, of course, did an exemplary job. All of us who had the privilege to know her-loved her. Dot was so very, very special and will be so missed. Our thoughts and prayers to her family.

I knew Dot from serving with her on the Woodlawn Homeowners' Association. She was one of the kindest people I knew. Dot was an invaluable asset to our neighborhood and she helped so many of her neighbors in so many ways. I am glad to have called her a friend. She will be sorely missed. My deepest sympathies to her family.

Our sincerest condolences to the family of Dot. It has been several years since we have seen her, but all the time we knew her and whenever we did see her, she was always smiling. Now she is looking down from above and watching over and smiling on her family. Rose Mary and Jimmy Timmons
