Eddie Jean Westmoreland

Eddie Jean Westmoreland, age 74, passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025. Eddie had a deep love for her family, cooking, music and helping others. She cherished every moment spent with her sons and grandchildren, often gathering them around the table to share home-cooked meals filled with love.

Eddie Jean found joy in listening to live music and especially loved dancing to swamp pop. She also had a special bond with her beloved dogs, RosieLynn and Biggin.

Eddie Jean is survived by her three sons: Blane and his wife Tiffany Westmoreland, Kerry and his wife Donna Vicknair, and Jody Vicknair; her grandchildren Parker, Sadie, Payton, and Sawyer Westmoreland, Chance Vicknair, Kelly and her husband Dayln Slaughter, and Kassie Vicknair; her brother and sister, Joseph Netterville and Lanelle Yahn; as well as numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard Westmoreland; her parents, Edward and Elva Netterville; and her granddaughters, Ashley Westmoreland and Krista Bostic.

Honorary pallbearers will be Blane Westmoreland, Kerry Vicknair, Jody Vicknair, Chance Vicknair, Parker Westmoreland, and Sawyer Westmoreland.

We rejoice in knowing that Eddie Jean is now with Jesus, free from the pain she endured in her final years. We celebrate her life and find comfort in the promise that we will see her again one day.
