Elizabeth "Liz" Ann Smith Carmouche

Elizabeth “Liz” Smith Carmouche, resident of Napoleonville, Louisiana, died Thursday, November 11, 2021. She was 80 years old, born November 26, 1940 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Visitation will be held at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church in Baton Rouge on Monday, November 15, 2021 from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.

She is survived by her three sons, Donald T. “Donnie” Carmouche, Jr., John H. Carmouche (Trisha), and Brian T. Carmouche (Shannon), and Claire Carmouche. Her 10 grandchildren: Abbey, Taylor, Grace, Cole, Riley, Ethan, Chloe, Olivia, Jett and Sophie; and very much loved by Donald T. Carmouche. Preceded in death by her parents, Donald Smith and Elsie Harang Smith.

Her family is especially grateful for the love and care given to her by Joe Cooks, Gloria Jean Scott, Calvin Skidmore, and Junius Scott Sr.

Liz devoted her entire life to her three boys and ten grandchildren. They were her world. She never missed a game, birthday or event where they were involved. She will be deeply missed.
