"Elizabeth "Liz" Dorothea Hoover passed away Sunday, December 23, 2018 at her home, she was 31. "Liz" was born in Concord, Massachusetts and resided in Baton Rouge. She worked for the Department of Public Safety as an Administrative Program Manager. She is survived by her husband, Arthur M. Hoover IV; mother, Linda Foss Ecker; and a brother, James Ecker. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph James Paul Ecker. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst East, 11000 Florida Blvd., Friday, December 28, 2018 starting at 9:00 am till memorial services at 11:00 am conducted by Pastor Tim Richardson. She was a member of Walker Church of Christ, loved baking, crafting, watching movies, her dogs; Buddy and Saddy and cats; Winston and Bandit, her career, coworkers, friends and Family.
