"A native of Philadelphia, PA and a resident of Baton Rouge, Betsy Smith passed away at her home on Friday, November 8, 2019, at the age of 77. Visitation will be at First United Methodist Church , 930 North Blvd, in downtown Baton Rouge, on Monday, November 18, 2019, from 9am until Memorial Service at 10am. Burial with Military Honors will be at Port Hudson National Cemetery in Zachary at 1pm.
