A retired supervisor with Jacks Cookie Co. and a resident of Baton Rouge, she died at noon Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2011, at home. She was 93 and a native of Belle Alliance. Visiting at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church on Saturday, Oct. 22, from 9 a.m. until religious service at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Roselawn Cemetery. She is survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by her husband, Carlo J. Pizzalato; three brothers and three sisters. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation for the loving care given to Mrs. Pizzalato by Hospice in His Care and Darlene Rayborn, Jessie Easley and Karen Hobbs.
