Ethan Myron Henry, a little angel, was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 28, 2013. He was 20 months old and now is safe in the arms of God. Ethan had a beautiful smile, a direct character, loved balls, to be tickled, and his favorite television show was "Thomas and Caillou". Visiting at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd. from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2013. Visiting at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church from 12:45 p.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2013. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Ethan is survived by his loving parents, Shawn and Laura Jernigan Henry; a big sister, Jasmine Henry; grandparents, Donna and Warren Lambert, John and Susan Jernigan, and Sadie Courville; godparents, Shelby and Taylor Jernigan; great-grandmother, Jean Loar; aunts and uncles, Alice Edwards, Nikki Lambert, Ashley Moorehead, Amber Bizette, John, Jr., Scott, Stephen, and James Jernigan, and Derin Garon; great-aunts and uncles, Belinda Johnson, Bennette Loar, Cindy Loar, Frank and Susan Jernigan, and Kathy and Keith Elder. Preceded in death by grandfather, Derek Alexander; great-grandparents, Gene Loar, Robert Jernigan, Claire Noble, Emic and Irene Richard; a great-uncle, David Johnson. Pallbearers will be Derrick Brecheen, Hunter Edwards, Taylor Jernigan, and Derin Garon. Ethan will remain in the hearts of his loving family until they all meet again.
