Evelyn Janice Knipe

A loving wife, mother, and granny, Molly peacefully passed away at her home on Friday morning, February 7, 2014 at the age of 71. She devoted her life to taking care of her husband, children and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Wednesday, February 12, 2014, from 10am until service at 1pm, followed by interment at Greenoaks Memorial Park. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, James Gordon Knipe, Jr.; 2 daughters, Rachel Knipe Barber and her husband Brad, and Laura Knipe Oubre and her husband Ben; and her son, James Gordon Knipe III and his wife Candice. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren: Jake, Ashley, and John Barber, Avery and Justin Oubre, and Olivia and Grant Knipe. She was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore Justin Baltz and Leola Henley Baltz. Serving as Pallbearers will be: Ben Oubre, Brad Barber, Jake Barber, Jeff Bolton, Matt Bolton, and Bill Palmer.
