A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, Frances Bonano DeLaune passed away on Friday, May 8, 2015 at the age of 86. She is survived by her daughters, Floy-Dean DeLaune and Glenda Bennett; son, Norman DeLaune; grandchildren, Julie Lilly, Cassie Sciortino, and Clayton Rooney; sisters, Marie Richard and Rosalie Morgan; and her best friend, Marie Baham. Preceded in death by her husband, Sidney E. DeLaune,; parents, Henry and Margaret Bonano; 2 sisters and 5 brothers. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 from 10am until funeral service at 12pm. Interment will follow on the grounds of Greenoaks Memorial Park.
