A retired worker's compensation adjuster/supervisor, he passed away Monday, Dec. 18, 2006, at his home in Baton Rouge. He was 68 and a native of Meridian, Miss. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Wednesday, Dec. 20, was from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting resumes at the funeral home chapel on Thursday from 9 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Dr. David Womack. Graveside service on Friday, Dec. 22, at 2 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery, Meridian. He is survived by two sons, Edwin D. Williams and wife Kelly G. Williams, and Gary D. Williams and wife Julie H. Williams; two grandchildren, Abigail and Noah Williams; and friends, Steven Deist, Carl Cutrer, Lynnette Tassin and Sharon Seal. He obtained his bachelor of science degree in business administration from theUniversity of Southern Mississippi. He enjoyed golfing and bowling and was a friend to all who knew him.
