A retired Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections employee and a resident and native of Baton Rouge, she died Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at age 57. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Monday, April 7, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visiting at St. Joseph Cathedral on Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Robert Berggreen. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. She is survived by a son, Gabriel J. Clothier; a brother and sister-in-law, Sam and Sharon Carraway; a niece, Dawn Caston; two nephews, Michael Caston and Danny Carraway; aunts and uncles, Jane Green, Madeline Noto, Nancy and Dan Stubbs, and Ferrell and Nell Carraway; and mother-in-law, Yvette Clothier. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rece and Marie Carraway; a sister, Cecelia Anderson; grandparents, Charlie and Clotelle Carraway and Sam and Josephine Noto; and father-in-law, Nelson Clothier. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Catholic Community Services or to a charity of your choice.
