Gail Elliott Hebert

A homemaker and a native and resident of Baton Rouge, Gail died at 7:50 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at Ochsner Medical Center of Baton Rouge. She was 69. Visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Saturday from 10 a.m. until religious service in the funeral home chapel at noon, conducted by the Rev. Larry Hubbard. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. She is survived by her daughters, Kari H. Ambrose and husband Whitney, and Pami H. Wallen and husband Inger; sons, Cory Hebert and wife Sonya, and Coby Hebert and wife Lucy; a sister, Diane Gibbens and husband Ben; grandchildren, Dana A. Pierson and husband J.D., Tiffany Ambrose, Jennifer Wallen, Stephan Wallen, Alexis Hebert and Joseph Hebert. Gail was preceded in death by her parents, Leland and Thais Chaney Elliott. Pallbearers will be Ben Gibbens, Nelson Hebert, Gary Hebert, Greg Diamond, Winsley Bates and Ronnie Hasselbeck. The family would like to thank the entire staff at Capitol House Nursing Home, Ochsner Medical Center of Baton Rouge and Generations Hospice.
