Gail Stallcup

Gail Holden Stallcup, 53, a loving wife, mother and daughter was a native of Baton Rouge, LA and a resident of Denham Springs, LA. She passed away at her home on Tuesday May 4, 2010. Gail was an employee with Bone and Joint of Baton Rouge and her favorite pastime was gardening. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Thursday May 6, 2010 from 5:00PM until 9:00PM and continuing on Friday May 7, 2010 from 9:00AM until time of services at 10:00AM. Interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. The Rev. Mark Crosby will be presiding over the services. Gail is survived by her husband of 10 years John Stallcup; son Bryce Stallcup; step-sons Jonathan Stallcup and Casey Stallcup; father Ralph Holden; sister Gina Walker and husband Doug; brothers Gary and Glen Holden; and numerous cousins and family members. She is preceded in death by her mother Myrna Mae Holden and grandmother Ezola Begnaud Arnaud. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Stallcup, Casey Stallcup, Alton Ashy, Chris Ashy, Kevin Ashy, and Charles May. Honorary pallbearers will be Kyle Franklin, Doug Walker, and Dustin LeFeaux. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gail’s honor to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
