Gary passed away on Friday, October 23, 2015 in St. Francisville, LA as a result of an automobile accident. He was 63, a native of Baton Rouge, LA and a resident of Baker, LA. Gary is survived by his life partner of 40 years, Larry Watts; sister, Kathryn Peoples; two brothers, Jessie Ray Mitchell and Joe Mitchell and their spouses; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Services will be private. Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St. is in charge of arrangements.
