Gloria is survived by her son, Glen Anthony Rayborn (Teresa), and two daughters, Jean Wilson (Chuck) and GayLynn Thompson (Norman). She was incredibly proud of her six grandchildren: Michael Rayborn (Brandi), Mark Rayborn (Ashley), Janee Allen (Trent), Carlee Norman (Coby), Sara Lambeth (Hadley), and Amy McCormick; and her 10 great-grandchildren: Hadley June and Hayes Rayborn, Laken and Lainey Rayborn, Parker, Jude, and Eloise Allen, Brooks and Jackson Norman, and Alex McCormick.
She is also survived by three sisters, Linda Rosso, Judy Gilchrist, and Sally Presnell.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Billy; her great-grandson, Weston; two sisters, KayLynn Alexander and Pansy Dunaway; and two brothers, Doug and Pete Alexander.
A graveside service will be held at noon on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at Greer Cemetery in Jayess, Mississippi, officiated by Bro. Larry Hubbard, followed by a fellowship meal at Jayess Baptist Church.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Joyce, Jamie, Victoria, Carla, Wendi and Velmecia of Clarity Hospice for the loving and compassionate care they provided to Gloria and her family.
