Anita Gloria Vidrine White, 85, a native of Palmetto and resident of Denham Springs, passed away Monday, Nov. 21, 2011. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Tuesday, Nov. 22, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visitation at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church on Wednesday, Nov. 23, from noon until a Mass of Christian Burial at 1 p.m. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. She is survived by her children, Sharon W. Mickles and husband Sheldon, and Ronnie White Sr.; grandchildren, Ronnie White Jr., Lorrie W. Campbell and husband Blake, Melissa W. Gregg and husband Jarrod, and Brianne M. Loupe and husband Ory; great-grandchildren, Colby, Kayla, Caden and Alyssa Campbell, and Braeden and Presley Gregg; siblings, James O. Vidrine, Donald R. Vidrine, and Doris V. McGee; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Travis B. White; and parents, Joseph A. and Natalia Soileau Vidrine.
