Grace was involved in life! From a young age, she was a member of the softball team and pep squad. She participated in her children’s school functions throughout the years. As a Worthy Matron with the Order of the Eastern Star, she donated her considerable talents contributing to many charitable efforts. ABC Fundraising benefitted from Grace’s steadfast commitment to organizing people and functions to raise money for local groups. She worked for the LA DOTD in the legal department for many decades where she made many lifelong friendships. As many of us do, Grace struggled with her weight, but she found a wonderful support group in TOPS. Grace and Roger were Nikken reps focusing on total wellness. After Roger passed, Grace made more treasured friends though her church's widow group. Music was one of her loves and she devoted time to playing the piano, the bells, the ukulele, and the dulcimer. Grace was a long-time member of Florida Boulevard Baptist Church. Grace handled life with, well - grace. She even beat cancer multiple times.
Anyone who met Grace, says the same thing, “She’s the sweetest!”. She was loved by all who met her. Her smile brought joy to everyone. Her laugh was contagious and her generosity was unending. She was aptly nicknamed “Amazing Grace”.
