Gregory Alan "Goose" Russell, a beloved son who was 40, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2010. He was a resident of Baton Rouge. Gregory was a construction electrician by trade. He will be truly missed by family and friends. Survivors include his father, Harold E. Russell Jr. and wife Estelle; brother, Jeffrey Russell and wife Denise; half sister, Stephanie Winters and husband Jeffrey; stepsisters, Cheryl Johnston and husband Daron, and Rebecca Gaylord; grandmother, Stella Russell; and numerous nieces and nephews. Gregory was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jowain Russell. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., Friday, March 26, from 1 p.m. until memorial service at 3 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Joey Bison. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. >
